In the last few weeks, 12 representatives from different NGOs, private and State institutions from Bucharest and another three cities from Romania paid a small participation fee for the first time.
For six full days spread over two weeks , the group of participants was formed bysocial assistants, university teachers , psychologists and parents , who practiced psychosocial games and explored themes focused on communication , conflict resolution , emotions , feedback , psychosocial methodology of games , child protection , community development and creativity .
“ I leave this course with my soul fulfilled and with a totally new vision about playing; with a full box of tools extremely useful in my relation with children ” said one participant.

Spread over two weeks, the group of participants received six full days of trainingSocial worker, university lecturers, psychologists and parents who practiced psychosocial games with them and covered topics such as communication, conflict resolution, emotions, feedback, psychosocial methodology of games, child protection, community development and creativity.
"I leave this course with a full soul, a whole new vision of play and a lot of extremely useful tools for my work with children," said one participant.
During his studies he worked as a student research assistant at the International Institute for Empirical Social Economics ( INIFES ) in Stadtbergen and completed internships at the chamber of commerce and industry of Swabia and Deutsche Bank AG ( Personnel and Private Banking ).
After graduation he worked as a researchassistantat INIFES forsocialaccounting , evaluation and management consulting from 2009 to 2012 .
During his studies, he worked as a student assistant at the International Institute for Empirical Social Economics ( INIFES ) in Stadtbergen and completed internships at the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce ( location policy department ) and at Deutsche Bank AG ( personnel and private banking department ).
After completing his studies, he worked from 2009 to 2012 as a researcherEmployeesamINIFESintheareas of social reporting, project evaluation and operational and organizational consulting.
Her master thesis was realized at the Institute of Industrial Science at the RWTH Aachen University and focused on the age-differentiated visualization of network diagrams in computer-aided project management.
During her studies she worked as an investigator at the Max Planck Institute for Neurological Research , as a tutor of Developmental Psychology as well as a research projectassistantin the field of health andsocialresearch .
Furthermore, she worked in the Memory Clinic as part of the Center for Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology at the university hospital in Freiburg during an internship.
In her master's thesis, which she carried out at the Institute for Ergonomics at the RWTH Aachen, she dealt with the age-differentiated visualization of network plans in computer-aided project management.
During her studies she worked as a researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Neurological Research, as a tutor in developmental psychology and as a researcherproject workerin the field of health andsocial research.
In addition, she worked as part of an internship in the memory outpatient clinic at the Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology at the University Hospital in Freiburg.
